平轉(zhuǎn)浸出器簡介：

　　經(jīng)過處理的原料被輸入到浸出器中，在浸出器中對料胚進(jìn)行浸出。該浸出器運(yùn)用逆流梯度浸出原理，使原料得到充分浸出。

　　OUTLINE：

　　Rotating Extractor

　　The prepared material is feeded into an inlet hopper at the top of the extractor . In the baskets ,the material is extacted, rinsed, and drained and then unloads. The material moves in a path counter current to the flow of solvent.The oilrich miscella is filtered before being pumped further to the distillation system.

　　特點(diǎn)：

　　該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，操作維修方便。轉(zhuǎn)子分成若干格，可采用假底式結(jié)構(gòu)，也可用固定柵板式結(jié)構(gòu)，轉(zhuǎn)速可進(jìn)無級調(diào)速。

　　FEATURE：

　　With the compact construction, the extractor is easy to operate,maintain. The rotator is divided into many baskets with individual bottom, or a vee-bar screen can be used.
